Every Night we Create Dinner for the Family
Monday - Thursday & Saturday: Private Chef Dinner - Give us 30 minutes, pick a cut of meat from the case, choose 2 sides - For Here or To Take Out - Our selection varies everyday, but as examples tenderloin, rib eye, NY steak, chicken breast, halibut, salmon, pork chops. For sides we usually have many salads such as bacon pea, broccoli, grilled mixed vegetables, Greek and Four Bean. We add a small upcharge for prep and you're ready to go.
Housemade Crab Cakes: These crab cakes are made each day from scratch consisting almost completely of Dungeness Crab. But Chef David won't give out the recipe. Sold from the case at $5.50 each or enjoy our Crab Cake Dinner with two crab cakes served on a bed of field greens and roumalade sauce for $16.
Every Friday: Prime Steak Dinner Night. Experience a Prime Cut of Steak, Chef's Choice with 2 sides - $12.50-$18.50
Every Sunday: Carlton Baby Back Ribs Slowed Cooked with Jake's SW Rub - $7.98/lb. Don't forget to add the Jake's BBQ Sauce. Take home a jar of this award winning sauce.
